Sport diet

A proposal for active women and men. We prepare wholesome meals, which provide your body with optimal amount of nutrition, as well as positively influence the realisation of your training goals. In the Sport Diet we stress the importance of ingredients which are essential for sportspeople, such as wholesome proteins from meat, dairy products, fish or seeds.

These meal plans consist 3 to 5 meals a day. It’s ideal diet for everyone who wants to eat healthy, improve their health and maximize their energy level. In this plan you’ll find fibre-rich complex carbohydrates, lean protein sources, healthy fats and dairy.

Calorie ranges (3, 4 or 5 meals a day):

  • 1000 kcal 3 meals – Breakfast 300kcal, Lunch 400kcal and Dinner 300kcal
  • 1200 kcal 3 meals – Breakfast 400kcal, Lunch 500kcal and Dinner 300kcal
  • 1500 kcal 3 meals – Breakfast 400kcal, Lunch 500kcal and Dinner 600kcal
  • 1800 kcal 3 meals – Breakfast 600kcal, Lunch 600kcal and Dinner 600kcal
  • 2000 kcal 4 meals – Breakfast 600kcal, Lunch 500kcal and Dinner 300 & 600kcal
  • 2500 kcal 5 meals – Breakfast 600kcal, 2x Lunch 500kcal and Dinner 300 & 600kcal
  • 3000 kcal 5 meals – Breakfast 600kcal, 3x Lunch 500kcal and Dinner 900kcal
